• Losses arising from a player's own decisions, including the placement of bets or wagers.
• Losses arising from interrupted internet connectivity, device malfunction, or power failures on the player's side.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity not directly caused by kp777's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Any events beyond kp777's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, regulatory changes, or third-party system failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits kp777's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by kp777's gross negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

kp777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, payment procedures, or gameplay rules — kp777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email or mobile number registered on your account, or via a prominent notice on the kp777 platform itself.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the meaning of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory changes — may be made without advance notice. Your continued use of the kp777 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect and withdraw any remaining balance.
